Is it possible to use Ultimate Tribal Wars Bot for FREE? Read this (TUTORIAL).
-
Is there option to get banned for using Ultimate Tribal Wars Bot? Ultimate Tribal Wars Bot behave the same as human being who use web browser and play in Tribal Wars by clicking hyper links. You need to remember that human can't send in one second 20 attacks, but UTWB can. The same for 60 attacks in one minute, which means one attack per second - does the human being is able to do that? I don't think so. Remember to use Ultimate Tribal Wars Bot with common sense. In UTWB are options which prevents that type of behaviour. Read (THIS) tutorial for more info.
-
How does Ultimate Tribal Wars Bot work? Bot has invisible, internal web browser Internet Explorer. (it is invisible to prevent interruption of bot process by user hyperlink clicks). In the planned time(e.g. set earlier for send army tasks) bot will click in certain links (in this case to send army) in internal web browser. Those links are on tribal wars site on the server and world where we logged in before. So, bot behave like human being, who browse tribal wars site.

Can i use bot account with many game accounts/game worlds? YES. You need to remember to create separate folders with bot files for each "game account". Separate folders are needed to create individual "userdata" files for each "game account" or "world". Read this (TUTORIAL) for more info.
-
On how many computers i can use my "bot account"? At the same time "Bot account" can be used on one computer. But on one computer you can use the same "bot account" in many running bot applications. For each bot application you have to create separate folder in order to create different settings("game account", "world", etc...). In each running application you log-in with the same "bot account" to make it active and to enable "Start" button. Read (THIS) tutorial for more info.
-
Can I run the paid version on a virtual machine? The free version does not let me do it, but I read something about the possibility on your forum. Yes, you can run bot on VM. You can not get free license on VM. If you have normal(bought/paid) license then bot will run on VM - many people run it on VMs.
-
What if after login to the game, CAPTCHA code appears? Bot will login using your game login and password, and will recognize the letters, numbers(code) from image, and it will write it. Logging and image recognition will happen when some of tasks(sending army, building, gathering stats, etc...) become active (it means that task status will change to "Active" in "TaskQuery" tab).
-
How Ultimate Tribal Wars Bot logging automation works? When bot have task to do in specified time(eg. 23:20 send army), at 23:18 it begins preparations to do that task. At first it check, if we are logged in or session is expired. If session is expired, bot will login with our credentials to game server (if CAPTCHA appears, it recognize it and write it) and then clicks in the invisible internal web browser all steps to do that task(in this case: village overview, rally point, writes numbers of units, clicks "Attack", then bot will wait to 23:20, on 23:20 bot clicks "OK" to confirm attack). Once task is finished, bot becomes inactive and awaits for next coming task.
NOTE: Bot can send many attacks at the same time.
-
Does the Ultimate Tribal Wars Bot save/send my login data(game login and password)? These data are saved only in "userdata" folder in files which are created during first application run. Bot does not send these data somewhere to external server. You can safety botting, i need money from selling licenses, not trading yours game accounts!
-
Does the bot has virus/trojan? NO. Bot is perfectly clean! To be sure in 100% that bot is clean and comes directly from the source site(from developer, ultimatetribalwarsbot.net, hex4bot.com), scan it online by using scan services like Virustotal or Jotti. In this way you can protect yourself against stealing account by third party people, which can add virus/trojan to the bot, and then upload it again and share links on different forums.
NOTE: Packers are NOT viruses/trojans. Packers encrypt application and helps to prevent reverse engineering.

Common problems
-
I don't have Bot Server tab or Bot Server tab is not visible. You need to set your windows DPI settings to 100%. For Windows 10 - please follow this tutorial. In that tutorial scroll down to "Scale and Layout" picture and set it to 100% on your PC.
-
Bot re-logging all the time. In LOG are messages about "Session Expired". You need to full-fill all requirements to run properly Ultimate Tribal Wars Bot - especially Internet Explorer version and Service Packs! Requirements are listed on Download Page.
-
I got "wrong HID" message. It means that you or someone else used your "bot account" on the other computer. You need to bind your current computer to your "bot account". To do that go to "Bot Server" tab, write your "bot user name" and "bot password", then click "SET HID" button. After that you can click "Login" button to login to bot server. NOTE: Only one computer can be bind to one "bot account" at the same time.
-
I got errors when connecting to bot server. Bot hangs on "Processing" window when i do any action in "Bot Server" tab. Please check if your anti-virus do not block UTWB requests to Bot Server. Please update network card drivers too.
-
I can't login to the game in built-in web browser. When i click "World [number]" button nothing happens. Click logout button in game. Then put login and password with unchecked "remember me".
If this logs you in to the game, then log out, and login again with checked "remember me".
Try to change tribal wars site in bot(top left corner), change to another site and then go back to previous one(this one which you want to log in). After that click logout, then login to the game with unchecked "remember me" and then checked "remember me".
You can try to use CCleaner to clear registry.

Time synchronization does not work properly after few hours. I can't send attacks with huge time range between them. Time synchronization may be messed up because of your network card drivers and network load. Please update network card drivers and be sure that no one blocks up/down stream by downloading torrents, etc. Please install the newest IE version available for your operating system. This problem can be also caused by your anti-virus which scans and checks all web requests to tribal wars server. Try to disable anti-virus or add exception for UTWB as well.
NOTE: Be sure that you set proper units "time per field" values and GMT time. Please watch and read time sync tutorials. (THIS) one on the beginning.
-
Bot doesn't re-log when session expired. Make sure that you put good game credentials(game login and password). Before you click "Start" button set proper GMT Time in "Settings > Time synchronization" - when you click start, bot remembers your "last login time"(it's value is set on "Start" button click) and after time synchronization that "last login time" value can be in the future. How many hours in future? It depends of GMT, if you have -4 GMT it will be 4 hours in the future and bot will not be able to run login task within next 4 hours, until "last login time" value will be in past(it will be in the past when 4 hours pass).
-
When i click "Add all cities" in single village overview - my village is not added. The same happens for all villages overview. Please make sure that your village name does not contain any of those characters: '(' - opening parenthesis, ')' - closing parenthesis, '|' - vertical bar. Village name can't contains those characters because they are a part of coordinates: e.g. (345|489).
-
Endless message in log - "Time synchronization: Waiting for Refreshing map data end". Clean everything. Use CCleaner to remove all registers. Download bot and make a fresh copy in new folder without any previous "userdata".
Note: When you click Start, bot need to load map data - it takes like 15-30 seconds, once it is finished, time synchronizer will start doing his job.
Please make sure that one bot folder = one world. Don't use the same bot folder with different worlds, because your map data will be loading forever. Always make different bot folders for different worlds and account like en-72-account1, en-72-account2, en-73-account3, etc...

I start 2 UTWB instances with different game accounts on the same world. When it comes to re-logging, bot always login only with the first game account. You probably have checked "remember me" option on the tribal wars site. This cause that UTWB doesn't need to put game credentials. In this case bot only clicks "Login" button and then it selects "World [number]" button.
To solve this problem, simply uncheck "remember me" option on the tribal wars site. It will allow UTWB to put game credentials first, then click "Login" and "World [number]".
